Processing purposes
Roger&Roger NV collects and processes the personal data of customers for the purposes of customer and order management (including administration, fulfilling orders/deliveries, invoicing, monitoring solvency, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising) and the personal data of applicants for recruitment purposes.
Legal grounds of the processing
Personal data are processed on the basis of article 6.1:
- (a) consent
- (b) necessary for the performance of a contract
- (c) necessary for compliance with a legal obligation
- (d) necessary for the purposes of our legitimate business interests
- of the General Data Protection Directive.
Transfers to third parties
If this is necessary for the purposes set, the customer’s personal data will be shared with any other partner of Roger&Roger NV.
Roger&Roger NV gives assurances that these recipients will take all necessary technical and organisational steps to protect the personal data.
Retention period
The personal data will be kept for as long as needed to meet the legal requirements.
Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and data portability
The customer or applicant has the right to access his or her personal data and to have them rectified if they are incorrect or incomplete, to have them erased, to limit their processing and to object to the processing of his or her personal data on the basis of article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions.
Furthermore, the customer or applicant has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another company.

Direct marketing
The data subject has the right to object to processing of his or her personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time and free of charge.
Complaints
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).
